I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very big and luxurious with a private seating area, and we adored being able to walk right out to the pool in the courtyard. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was very convenient for getting around and experiencing all that Marrakech has to offer. The dining experience was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. On the downside, there was only availability on the ground floor this time, and some taxi drivers might not be familiar with the location.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were comfortable and matched the online descriptions, providing a nice retreat after a day of exploring. However, the rooftop tent accommodation was a letdown with bugs, a tough mattress, and a cramped bathroom. The service was exceptional, with attentiveness to our needs and delicious dinner offerings. The location was ideal for sightseeing, being close to major attractions, although the neighborhood had a slightly sketchy feel. The dining experience was satisfying, but could benefit from more variety. Overall, my stay was memorable with great service and a convenient location, despite some room drawbacks.
